Overview
At Rosél, we deliver exclusively within the United States. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible. This policy outlines everything you need to know about delivery timeframes, tracking, and our late delivery guarantee.
Section 1 - Free USA Shipping
Rosél offers free shipping on all US orders. You will never pay a delivery fee at checkout - what you see is what you pay.
Section 2 - Estimated Delivery Times
All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of being placed. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
Standard US Delivery: 7-13 business days from dispatch
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be slightly longer during peak periods such as federal holidays, Christmas, and major sales events.
Section 3 - Shipping Carriers
Rosél ships using trusted US carriers, which may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other reputable logistics partners. Your carrier will be selected based on your location and order details. You will be notified of your carrier and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Section 4 - Order Tracking
Every Rosél order includes tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
Section 5 - Late Delivery Guarantee
We stand behind every order. If your parcel does not arrive within 30 days of your dispatch date, you are eligible for a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
The following situations are not eligible for a late delivery claim:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
- Packages refused or unclaimed by the recipient
- Delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as severe weather or carrier disruptions
- Deliveries pending due to a required action on your part
Section 6 - Delivery Notes
Delivery dates shown in tracking tools are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Tracking begins from the date your tracking number is issued. In the event of an exceptional delay, Rosél will endeavor to notify you directly.
Section 7 - Shipping Restrictions
Rosél currently ships within the United States only. We do not ship to international addresses. If your address falls outside our delivery zone, please contact our team before placing an order and we will do our best to assist you.
